Contacting the Alliance over the winter break
The Alliance’s offices are closed for the winter break from 5.00pm on 24 December.
We re-open on 2 January 2020.
For insurance queries, members can still contact us on 0207 697 2585 on 24, 27, 30 and 31 December.
If Alliance members need to report an urgent insurance claim matter on Christmas, Boxing or New Year's Day, they can contact Royal Sun Alliance Insurance (RSA), which operates a 24 hour Claims Helpline on 0345 300 4006 all throughout the year.
For urgent media-related enquiries only, please call 07710 966 863.
For all other Alliance team enquiries, calls made to the main switchboard will ask callers to dial 7 to leave a message.
The Information Service team can then respond in the New Year.
