The Early Years Alliance has today (3 November) launched a free toolkit to support the running of charitable early years settings, available exclusively to Alliance members. 

Operating a charitable early years setting comes with a range of considerations ranging from recruiting volunteers and holding AGMs to ensuring that governing documents are adhered to. 

The Toolkit aims to support charitable settings in the successful running of their settings by bringing together a range of useful Alliance resources, including an AGM handover template guide, a mini-guide to DBS checks and an editable guide to volunteering as a charity trustee. 

The Charity Early Years Provider Toolkit can be accessed by logging into the Members’ Area of the My EYA Portal on the Early Years Alliance website.
