Which types of settings do you cover?
We cover all setting types including nurseries and pre-schools, baby and toddler groups and childminding professionals. We can also provide cover for wraparound care and holiday clubs.
How do I know if you cover all my activities?
Our coverage is tailored to you, and during the sign-up process, we’ll ask you about your activities to understand what you need. We have add-ons like party cover and forest school, so don’t hesitate to ask if there’s anything you need.
Do I need to be an Alliance member to take out insurance?
Yes, you do. We’re proud to offer personal service to our members; a level of care that’s only possible with active Alliance membership.

What information will I need to have to hand?
When going through the quote journey, it will help if you know things like your annual turnover and the total value of your equipment. You will also need your employer’s reference number, and if you’d like building insurance cover, you’ll need to know the rebuild cost. This will help ensure you get the right cover for you.
How do I know which level to pick?
We work closely with our insurance partner Intact Insurance (former RSA)to help you understand what the different levels of cover mean for your setting. We’ll guide you through the options so you can make an informed choice.
However, for legal reasons, you must be the one to decide which level of coverage you want. We’ll let you know what the different options are and support you in making an informed decision for your setting.
